We ordered SeeMore with only the rear and sliding door windows. While the black out factory windows are a great look, we didn’t like the slide openings and we wanted tip-out bottoms with screens so they could stay open in the rain. Not a problem; surely CR Laurence will have windows to fit the bill. Wrong! While they had a window for the regular body, they did not have one for the long body. We even got so far as to get a part number only to find out they weren’t going to make it. Recently they did come out with a universal window that is a much better fit for the space on the Transit. We think it’s a really good look and provides the tip-out feature. We added the MaxxFan MA00-06200K to take advantage of the tip-out feature.
Hey,
What windows are those you installed. Part number and size. Also are those awning windows. Does you sliding door catch it if it is open. I’m just trying to decide what windows to install.
Thanks Graeme
They are CRLaurence windows. Part number is FW632RS. We purchased direct from CRLaurence as we purchase some other items for one of our other businesses. You may want to check out RVWindows.com. The Windows do tip out and if you have the passenger side fully open, you could it it with the door. We’ve made a count of number of turns to stop at. Good luck with your build.
